I believe that I'm slowly rediscovering the excitement and thrill of reading/writing about food and cooking and restaurants and everything in between. That is, that I've been completely neglecting the art and craft in which I paid 32k for my culinary education. I need to continue to keep myself 'in-tune' to why I'm doing what I'm doing and feed that passion as much as possible.

The movie "Ratatouille", Thomas Keller and The French Laundry are my next obsessions...
